To enrol in Kindergarten, a child must have one of the following documents:

- a valid immunisation certificate issued or declared by the Chief Health Officer.
Nitz Blitz Program
Fairview PS, in accordance with the DoE and the Health Department, has a head lice management program. It includes a policy and procedure for dealing with head lice and an operational program called “Nitz Blitz” which is managed by the P&C via a Head Lice Coordinator. They run the “Nitz Blitz” program once per term, systematically checking the whole school, thus minimizing further infestations. It is run with the assistance of volunteers, and parents are always welcome to join this volunteer program.
